At Fort Wayne Storage, we want your move to go as smoothly and as cost effective as possible. That's why we offer all of our new customers a FREE moving truck to help get their items to our facility. Simply rent a storage unit with us and book our 15 foot Deluxe Moving Truck for what ever day is "Moving Day". All of our trucks are equipped with a ramp and a 2 wheel dolly for easy loading and unloading.

F.A.Q.

Q: How old do I have to be to drive the FREE Moving Truck?
A: 25 years or older (if you are under 25, someone else over 25 may drive for you).

Q: What do I have to provide the manager with to get the truck?
A: A valid Drivers License and Proof of Insurance (an insurance card with up-to-date effective dates must be on the card - No expired insurance cards will be accepted).

Q: Do I have to drive the truck or can I have someone else drive the truck for me?
A: Anyone can drive the truck for you as long as they meet the above requirements.

Q: How far can I go with the FREE Moving Truck?
A: You are allotted 50 FREE miles. It is 99¢ per mile after 50.

Q: Do I have to replace the gas?
A: Yes. Simply replace the fuel that you used. Not replacing the gas would result in a fee.

Q: How long do I get to use the truck?
A: The size of the storage unit determines the amount of time. Call us for details.

Q: Can the truck be used after hours?
A: Yes. We do schedule it the truck to go out after hours.
