Do you charge an Administrative Fee?

All Fort Wayne Storage locations charge a one time, $15.00 administrative fee due with your first month's rent only!

Do you require Insurance?

Insurance is a requirement. You can use your own homeowner's or renter's insurance, so long as it covers your belongings being stored at our facility. If you do not have your own insurance, you are required to use ours, and may choose from the following options:
  • $2,000 coverage for $9.00/month
  • $3,000 coverage for $13.00/month
  • $5,000 coverage for $22.00/month

What are the access hours?

We offer our tenants 24-hour access, 7 days a week, and at our Downtown location, the hours are 6 AM to 10 PM.

What security features do you offer?

Our properties are fully fenced-in with an electronic gate entry system. Each property is also being monitored 24/7 using our digital video surveillance system.

What are the climate-controlled units?

Climate-controlled storage units are storage units that maintain steady temperatures and humidity levels. This helps prevent moisture and the growth of mold and mildew. These units also help avoid rust, corrosion, yellowing, degradation, and other possible damage.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, each facility offers indoor vehicle parking.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my storage bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What does drive-up access mean?

Drive-up access means you can drive your vehicle right to your storage unit. No stairs or hallways to deal with!

What items am I not allowed to store?

Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

How do I rent a unit?

Reserve a unit online, give us a call, or use our onsite 24-hour kiosk.

How does the online reservation process work?

You can reserve any available unit on our website by providing a $25 reservation fee. You must claim the unit within 7 days of placing the reservation or it will be released. All reservation fees will be credited to your first month's rent.

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No, each new rental comes with free cylinder lock and keys. Additional locks are available to purchase as well.
